DEVELOPING TEACHERS' DIGITAL CULTURE: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract
This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of developing teachers' digital culture. As a result of the deep penetration of information and communication technologies into the education system, the traditional teaching model is transitioning to a digital paradigm. The study examines the impact of digital culture on the educational process, the formation of teachers' digital competence, existing problems and ways to solve them. It also highlights the role and importance of the reforms being implemented within the framework of the "Digital Uzbekistan - 2030" strategy. The results show that increasing teachers' digital competence and the effective use of interactive and distance learning tools significantly increase the effectiveness of education.
