TASKS AND CONTENT OF MUSIC TEACHING IN THE SEVENTH GRADE

Abstract
In the implementation of musical literacy, singing and listening to music, it is better to work on the knowledge and skills acquired in the lower grades and on life experiences. The methods of teaching singing in the 7th grade do not differ much from the general methods. When choosing music, more complex works are taught in terms of content. Students get acquainted with Uzbek folk songs, maqoms, classical songs, walla and lapar, local styles of folk music, study the content and history of their composition. Singing classical songs, maqoms, they enjoy the masterpieces of Uzbek folk music.
