Abstract

This thesis examines the religious and spiritual criteria for appointing ambassadors in the Kokand Khanate, the moral quality of ambassadors, the active role of scholars and eshans in foreign policy, and the harmony of religious foundations and political tasks based on scientific sources. In particular, the socio-religious burden of the embassy institution is analyzed based on Dastur ul-muluk, Tarikhi Aliquli Amirskar, and Ottoman archival documents.
