Abstract

This article discusses the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the formation of resource management skills. Methods for developing the skills of rational use of time, knowledge, energy and material resources in the student are analyzed. The role of the teacher, family and social environment in this process, the role of the individual in developing self-management, responsibility and planning competencies, is also shown. The results of the study substantiate that resource management skills are an important factor in achieving success in the educational process.
