Abstract
This article analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical ways to improve written speech skills among English language students. The communicative approach, the process-product model, and collaborative writing strategies were identified as the main factors in the development of written speech. The results of the study will serve to develop methodological recommendations for English language teachers on the effective formation of written speech.
