Abstract

The article analyzes the role and importance of cognitive educational technologies in developing creative thinking in students through modeling problem situations from a scientific, theoretical and practical perspective. The educational process, built on the basis of a cognitive approach, activates students' thinking processes, encourages them to solve problems, guess, test, and make creative decisions. The article also highlights the effectiveness of the modeling methodology using the example of problem tasks used in PISA studies.
