Abstract

This article analyzes the legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in the Fergana Valley in the Middle Ages and its socio-philosophical status in society. The article is based on Sharia law, historical sources, and Islamic economic philosophy. The economic activity of the Middle Ages is deeply studied based on fiqh sources, historical travelogues, and modern entrepreneurial theories.
