Abstract
This article discusses the essence, basic principles and impact of intercultural behavior in international business relations on business success. The differences that arise in the process of communication between representatives of different cultures, strategies for managing them, and the role of intercultural competence are analyzed. The article demonstrates the importance of intercultural sensitivity in global business based on practical examples.
