STRATEGY FOR MANAGING THE ORGANIZATION OF WOMEN'S LABOR

Abstract
This article presents various means of regulating the participation of women in the management system and ensuring it by the state, and, based on the real requirements of the economy, proposes recommendations for improving socio-economic mechanisms for organizing women's labor and ensuring their effective employment.
