Abstract

This article examines the influence of sports and cultural activities on the social,
physical, and spiritual development of young people. Using data from international organizations and
national programs, the study analyzes how youth participation in sports and cultural events contributes to
a healthy lifestyle, social cohesion, and civic responsibility. The findings demonstrate that such activities
foster not only individual well-being but also strengthen the unity and cultural identity of society.
