CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF THE RASTOROPSHAH PLANT AND ITS ACTIVE SUBSTANCES

Abstract
Another name for the Rastoropsha plant is Asparagus. At the same time, this plant is included in the group of ruderal plants. This is due to the fact that it is found in living conditions under anthropogenic influence - in and around residential areas, along roads and railways, and around livestock pens. The leaves of these plants are surrounded by thorns, and their flowers are located in one basket, and the flowers of Rastoropsha are bisexual. It blooms mainly in May and August, and its fruits begin to ripen in September-October. Since the seeds and other parts of this plant consist of vitamins and various chemicals, in this article we will study its chemical composition.
