Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional transversal competencies of future educators. The study highlights the development of such skills as creative thinking, independent decision-making in problem situations, teamwork, digital literacy and empathy as an important direction in the modern educational process. The author analyzes the resolutions and decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of education, UNESCO recommendations, as well as practical experiments conducted on the basis of the STEAM approach, and reveals the possibilities of their application in the pedagogical environment. The article substantiates the need to develop the professional maturity and meta-competences of the educator, based on personal observations, scientific sources and modern educational principles.
