Abstract
This article analyzes the importance of intercultural behavior in international business relations, their impact on the activities of organizations and their role in ensuring successful cooperation. In the era of globalization, the need to establish effective communication with representatives of different cultures in the business environment is increasing. Therefore, the article discusses cultural barriers that arise in international business, their causes and consequences, and practical ways to overcome them. The results of the study show that the development of intercultural competence and communicative skills is an important factor in the success of international business
