Abstract

In today’s rapidly evolving energy sector, effective communication and
understanding are key components for success. As the global demand for electricity grows, coupled with the ongoing developments in renewable energy technologies and smart grid systems, the need for skilled
professionals who can comprehend technical discussions in real-time has never been more pressing. One
of the most critical skills for those working in the electric power industry is listening comprehension.
