Abstract

This scientific article is devoted to the analysis of the current state and diversity of the weevil fauna (Coleoptera, Trechinae) of the Fergana Valley. The basis of the research is the analysis of literature sources and scientific catalogs. The low number of species in oasis-agrocenoses indicates the high sensitivity of the Trechinae order to anthropogenic impacts. The results obtained serve as a scientific basis for developing strategies for the protection of the entomofauna of the region.
