Abstract
This thesis examines the specific aspects of the communicative process between representatives of different cultures. It discusses misunderstandings, stereotypes, differences in speech culture, and effective communicative strategies that arise in intercultural communication. The role of respect, active listening, and flexibility in communication is demonstrated through practical examples. The analysis is conducted from the perspective of philology.
