THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS ON STUDENTS' WRITTEN SPEECH

Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the
impact of artificial intelligence tools on students’ writing skills. Special
attention is given to the role of AI-based platforms and applications
widely used in modern education in shaping and developing academic
writing competence. The study highlights the positive contributions of
these technologies, including improvements in accuracy, coherence,
grammatical correctness, and stylistic richness of students’ written work.
At the same time, the paper examines potential drawbacks
associated with excessive reliance on AI tools, such as the decline of independent thinking, increased risk of plagiarism, and reduced
creativity in writing. Furthermore, practical recommendations are
offered for the effective and responsible use of artificial intelligence in
enhancing students’ writing abilities.
