Abstract

This scientific article examines the establishment and development of higher educational institutions in Namangan region. The article discusses the process of creating higher education institutions in the region during the Soviet period, the preparation of specialists through these institutions, the contribution of the education system to social and economic development, as well as the role of higher educational institutions in shaping the scientific and cultural life of the region. It also addresses the impact of changes in state policy and the education system on the activities of higher education institutions in Namangan region, as well as the priority directions and specializations in education. The article helps to understand the role of higher educational institutions in the economic, social, and cultural development of the region and the overall development of the education system.
