THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASES OF IMPROVING THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS BASED ON DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
This article scientifically analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of improving the educational process based on digital technologies. In the current conditions of globalization and digital transformation, modernization of the education system, introduction of modern information and communication technologies into the educational process are one of the urgent tasks. The article extensively covers the content of the digital educational environment, its main components and its role in increasing the effectiveness of the educational process. The advantages of providing knowledge through electronic resources, multimedia tools, and distance learning platforms are also analyzed. The possibilities of developing students' independent thinking, information processing, critical approach, and creative activity skills using digital technologies are substantiated. The results of the study show that the systematic and purposeful introduction of digital technologies into the educational process significantly increases the quality and effectiveness of the educational process
