Abstract

The swift advancement of digital technologies has
profoundly reshaped modern education, particularly in the realm of  foreign language. Over the past few decades, digital tools including
online learning platforms, mobile apps, artificial intelligence, and
multimedia resources have become indispensable in teaching English as
a Foreign Language (EFL). These technologies create interactive
learning environments, boost learner motivation, and enable
communication that transcends traditional classroom limits. This article
examines the role of digital technologies in EFL focusing on their
advantages, practical applications, and associated challenges. The study
also explores how digital tools improve language skills like listening,
speaking, reading, and writing while fostering autonomous and
personalized learning. The results show that incorporating digital
technologies into language enhances teaching efficacy and fosters more
engaging learning experiences for students.
