Abstract

Contemporary trends in the digitalization of education
and sport are creating new opportunities to enhance the training process
in water polo. This article examines the problem of developing special
endurance in water polo players at the stage of advanced specialization
from the perspective of integrating pedagogical, physiological, and digital
technologies. The necessity of transitioning from traditional load
management methods to systems based on objective biomarkers (heart
rate — HR, heart rate variability — HRV, lactate level, recovery
indicators) is substantiated. A concept of digital pedagogical monitoring
is presented, aimed at individualizing the training process and improving
the efficiency of endurance development. It has been established that the
use of digital tools increases the accuracy of load dosing, reduces the risk
of overtraining, and ensures the stability of technical and tactical actions
under fatigue conditions
