Abstract

This thesis provides an in-depth analysis of the
linguocognitive nature of reading skills in teaching Arabic as a foreign
language. The reading process is viewed as more complex than mere
decoding; it involves stages of meaning construction, interpretation, and
analysis. Criteria for text selection, level-based differentiation of learning
materials, reading strategies, and assessment systems are reconsidered
within the framework of modern methodological approaches. The
effectiveness of various methods is compared based on statistical data.
Authentic Arabic examples are preserved, and integrated scientific
conclusions are drawn.
