Abstract

This article provides a scientific and pedagogical analysis of the innovative methodological foundations of teaching fine art in the conditions of modern education and of the mechanisms for developing creative competence in learners. The study examines the constructivist approach to fine art education, the competence-based learning model, interdisciplinary integration, and the convergence of fine art education with digital technologies. It also reveals the didactic possibilities of integrating elements of the national cultural heritage into the educational process. The article substantiates the importance of project-based learning, the portfolio assessment system, and reflective analysis methods in developing learners' visual thinking, aesthetic taste, and creative independence. The results of the study serve to modernise fine art education and to strengthen its relevance within the international scientific and pedagogical arena.
