Abstract

This article examines the history of the origin of fine art, its stage-by-stage development, and its contemporary prospects. In particular, it analyses the processes extending from the cave paintings of the primitive era to the Renaissance and present-day digital art. It also provides information on the scientific foundations of art, such as colour theory, perspective, anatomy, and composition. Alongside world scholars such as Leonardo da Vinci and Isaac Newton, the article also considers the scientific and artistic contribution of representatives of Uzbek fine art such as Kamoliddin Behzod and Ural Tansiqboyev. As a result of the research, it is substantiated that fine art has developed in inseparable connection with human thought, culture, and science, and that in the future it will rise to a new stage on the basis of digital technologies.
