ORGANISING MUSIC EDUCATION IN GENERAL AND PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS BASED ON A MODERN ART-PEDAGOGICAL PARADIGM: INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

Abstract
This article analyses the pressing problems and development prospects of organizing music education in general education schools and preschool education institutions in Uzbekistan on the basis of the modern art-pedagogical paradigm. The study examines the introduction of innovative teaching technologies into the music education process, the development of pupils' creative abilities, as well as methodological approaches aimed at the study of national and world musical culture. The effectiveness of applying such methods as art therapy, the use of multimedia tools and person-oriented education in music education within modern pedagogy is assessed. The article provides recommendations aimed at improving the quality of education, strengthening pupils' interest in music and broadening their aesthetic outlook. It also emphasizes the importance of raising the professional qualifications of music teachers and providing them with modern methodological support. The results of the study contribute to reforming the education system and to increasing the effectiveness of music education in the future.
