Abstract
This article analyses the theoretical and methodological foundations of increasing educational effectiveness through the use of modern pedagogical methods in music education. The didactic differences between traditional and modern approaches are revealed, and the role of interactive, multimodal and audio-analytical reflection methods in developing pupils' musical thinking, performing skills and reflective activity is elucidated on a scientific basis. As a result of the study, the advantage of modern methods in forming complex competencies is substantiated.
