Abstract

This article describes methods of teaching music at school in integration with other subjects. It analyses the essence of interdisciplinary integration, the connection of music with literature, history, mathematics, fine arts and the native language, as well as the ways of organizing integrated lessons. The significance of integrated education in increasing pupils' interest, developing their creative thinking and consolidating knowledge is also substantiated. The article has been developed on the basis of modern pedagogical approaches and serves to increase the effectiveness of music education.
