DEVELOPING CHILDREN’S LEADERSHIP SKILLS THROUGH MUSIC AND ART

Abstract
This article investigates the role of music and art in the formation of children's personality and, in particular, their strategic significance in developing leadership skills, which are regarded as exceptionally important for modern society. The article analyzes the mechanisms by which art enables a child to overcome inner fears, to strengthen self-confidence and to enhance the capacity for teamwork and emotional intelligence. The place of stage culture and musical education in the child's social adaptation and in bringing out leadership qualities is likewise elucidated from a scientific and practical perspective.
