Abstract

The article examines the pedagogical significance of the master–apprentice (ustoz–shogird) system in the process of shaping the professional and spiritual qualities of the future music teacher. The exemplary role of the master's personality in music education, the transmission of professional experience to the apprentice, and the development of responsibility, performance culture and pedagogical awareness in the apprentice's personality are analyzed from a scientific and pedagogical perspective. Master–apprentice relations are substantiated as an important factor ensuring the professional maturity of the future music teacher.
