Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of music education on human health, in particular on physical activity and psychological state. Drawing on the results of international research, it highlights the significance of musical activity for the human organism and its important role in maintaining health. The positive effect of national music on emotional stability is likewise considered from a scientific perspective.
